You choose how and where you want to be coached. In person, at my office or your workplace. Or via Skype, or by phone. Phone and Skype coaching has many advantages including no travel time or cost, privacy, and convenience of staying in your own home or office place. Many clients like to meet on a face-to-face basis. Some come along to my office in Cambridge CBD, and others I arrange to meet at their workplace.
Some clients choose to use a combination of face-to-face, and phone/skype services.

Coaching at a distance, via phone or skype, is very effective and means location is no barrier.
